Lewis B. Chilufya

Biography

The author is a Moral Theologian and an Associate Professor of International Relations. He holds a post-doctoral fellowship in the US foreign policy, a PhD from the Lateran University (Italy) with a specialization in the ethics of interstate armed conflicts, a master’s degree in International Relation form the Commonwealth Open University (UK), a masters/licentiate degree in Ethics (moral theology) from the Lateran University (Italy), and a BA in Theology from the Urbaniana University (Italy). He lectures in Religious Studies, at University of Zambia, and International Relations at Zambian Open University and Chreso University (Zambia). He is currently the Director of Postgraduate Programmes at Chreso University. He is the author of the book entitled ‘Just Cause for Interstate Armed Conflicts: A Legal and Ethical Legacy of the 20th Century.’
