Abstract or Introduction

This collection in Russian language contains the abstracts of the reports of the participants of the pedagogical seminar held on December 24, 2019 at the Omsk Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The topic of the seminar is: Writing work at a university is a necessary component of the formation of a specialist's competence.

The program of the pedagogical seminar included the organization of an exhibition of scientific literature "Written work at the university", speeches by 15 participants in the pedagogical seminar from 6 educational institutions of higher education in Omsk and a discussion on the stated topic. The successful development of various documents to a large extent depends on the specialist's mastery of the technology for preparing written versions of various types. The formed written speech gives the specialist an advantage in a more competent and correct approach to the preparation of various documents, helps to polish and supplement them, makes it possible to assess their necessity and significance. Thus, the presence of the very necessary competencies that a specialist in this profession should have becomes decisive.
