Abstract or Introduction

This article aims to show that the Hubble parameter is a time derivative of the Hubble constant. This is confirmed by three individual values from the empirical research: Value 1: The Hubble parameter in the neighborhood of the earth; Value 2: The Hubble parameter at the cosmic horizon and value 3: The Hubble parameter at half the age of the universe.

It is developed an algorithm to calculate the Hubble parameter. With this algorithm, it is possible to make statements on the progress of the Hubble parameter in the future. On this way falling for the future of the Hubble parameter values are predicted.
