Preface

This book is an over-scientific book of proffer a meta-analysis research. Simple face (outward) against complex analyzes (inward) underlie transformational research and the realization of realistic content techniques within the framework of the spectacular views of the present century. Years of research reveals what patterns related on concepts and concepts structure what obvious to our eyes. That is emphasize the importance of recognizing. The decision making process is always based on the evaluation of the various options based on the information collected and the analyzes related to the environs under consideration. The option chosen may provide the appropriate solution to the problem as long as possible. This particular used to make organizations work better, but identifying deviations from goals and vision in huge tests is acceptance high risk to achieve risk-taking in longer term plans. The difference in linear and nonlinear approach in relation to any factor in the small and hidden space is available for selection, because the individual and social sections can be analyzed in a particular way, and then the problem is identified and followed by the proposed scientific method. In this process, a subject is discovered that there is no precedent for it and does not follow previous learning to use it to solve problems, but it helps that the bring "phenomenons away mind" to the "past reality". This condition required to extraordinary attention in dealing with uncertainties, changing programs, and discovering new learning through innovation. A balance for a scientific value system reveals the stability required for its operation. Under the control of discipline and anarchy within the boundaries of a continuous process, it may be unpredictable in the long run, but in the short term it will have predictable results and ultimately leading to a new order after this disorder which will make steady the long-term patterns. Key components are always focused on dynamical systems in response to new changes and innovations.

In principle, in all real areas of the experiment that test in which the changes to the process input variables are applied is observed by the causes of variations in the output response. Looking at the developmental indicators the entry into the new era placed structures in self that have embodied non-realistic practices with the principles of realistic, yet at with simple outward but complex inward that can not be easily overlooked and these are not just the principles of mathematics or the basic fundamentals of knowledge. One insight at the development indicators with arrive to new age coming forms that have imagination non-realistic procedure with the principles of realistic with simple outward but complex inward that can not crossing easily of it. All of them involved: Media universe, virtual games world, IT and etc. to research, designs, projects and etc. on the bases of scientific lead to the recognition of the new era with attention to new structures. Developments over the past decades have led to a new way of thinking in research methods. The traditional scientific approach to research based on a hierarchical structure and a set of defined roles where past experiences and learning are used to achieve goals and solve problems is a fall of one outcome in fast-paced decisions. Skills related to relying on rational beliefs in the utilization of the required acts is mainly based on the collection of information based on the concept of ideas for the formation of new models, the setting of a vision document, and then systems inside and outside the organization's perimeter with people and competitors. This circumstance will help policy makers, managers or politicians in the community to gain skills based on non-linear thinking and control activities, and the need to monitor a fixed set of goals. Science and organize it before the introduction of the new era focused on the objective control of factors and on the assumption that the interaction could be explained in linear terms. When making difficult decisions, experts believe that proper solutions must be obtained through exact and well-defined methods with defined outputs. It is observed that the period of the use of organized scientific methods is over. This approach is needed to reach a balance point as a sign of success in today's world.

Today's science fraught of particular elaborations and these elaborations stem from the intertwining of different sciences. The evolution, velocity, intensity of complexity and multilayer of human societies have been infiltrated to the type of choices and quality structures, that manifested in individual, group, and organizational situations. High metamorphosis under the management of diverse and multilateral groups and organizations, and to a greater extent the governments' ruling has led to experience. Experiences different levels of parallel worlds, and has subsequently brought about serious changes and impacts on science and technology. Traditional science that in the simple condition is predictable and controllable has cracked into the fields of cognitive science, meta-cognitive science, interdisciplinary science. The profound impact of paradigms on science made crystallize it in the complementary template and non-competing. Efficient conditions in the current situation are mostly synchronized with unpredictable and unplanned issues. Current exchanges are embedded with the harmonic structures and the twin of science. The cycle of science in technology means the use of interdisciplinary, combined sciences and inclusive sciences. With numerous sciences, the human can be reached to wisdom by considering all its works and then made structure. That, we should understand everything to understand one thing. In other words, we have to look at the issues from different angles and after getting the results and achieving to its science, with considering all its aspects move on to the production of science. Only by crossing veritable the cycle of science can we enjoy a better life, more prosperity and peace without harming the environment, and it is optimal for humans and the earth. Complexity and intertwining with fields of cognitive sciences, metaphysics, amazing quantum phenomena, etc. that shape the advanced sciences in today's influential disciplines from interdisciplinary specialties, and from this point of view, bring perception science and knowledge. This leads to a fundamental change in human understanding of the universe and is effective in introducing the humanities to the future of human beings, thereby helping to motivation the community of scientists and experts "breaking-border-scientific research".

Subject: Studying Commercial Metropol on International Economic Policies in The Islamic Republic of Iran’s Mutual Interaction Flows by Country Separation with Analytic Attitude of Geoinformatics and Geomatics

Abstract: Whatever countries’ economic, political and social experts know more about the latest methods, knowledge and skills they will have more chances of success. One of the rare orientations that seem to be a consensus among the state and state institutions is diversifying foreign policy through maximizing the strategic interests. In the modern economy development of a country has direct relationship to the volume of international trade. Interdisciplinary approaches and species interactions, represents the ratio of the bond and interaction between the knowledge, concepts, methods, practices and different tools from various disciplines on the topic or issue. In this paper, after collecting the necessary information, we designed its specific table and transformed trade flow information, according to the existence of figures in the chamber of the Islamic Republic of Iran, from 1390 to 1392. We used both descriptive and inferential method to achieve good results. We also used variance and covariance methods to analyze the data. Finally, we evaluated the role of the countries as effective in Iran bilateral trade flows by identifying the relationship between exports and imports share.

Subject: A Study on Relationship between Attracting Deposits and Granting Facilities on Growth of Banks’ Deposits

Abstract: Banking industry plays essential role for development of macro economy by giving loans to growing business plans and helping economy grow, properly. A bank normally pays a low interest to people who deposit their money into banks and collects interest from people who receive funds. When there is a healthy growth on banks’ deposit, banks’ managers hope to attract business owners to finance their projects through banks and pay interests. The proposed study of this paper investigates the relationship between lending facility and bank deposits. In addition, the study tries to find out about the possible methods for increasing bank deposits and consequently social investment. Based on the results of our survey, increasing facilities, by assuming all other conditions was remained constant, which increased banks’ deposit. In fact, people worked more with banks and branches and conveyed their resources to the banks that granted more deposits. The role of location was so effective to attract deposits so that we must consider the relationship between deposit and the amount of facility payment with location.

Subject: Studying International Exports and Imports based on Geopolitical Approach by Estimation of Gravity Panel Data Models (Case Study: Iran's Exports and Imports with the Countries Around the Caspian Sea)

Abstract: In this study, macro economic impact of e-commerce development on GDP, total factor productivity, export factor productivity, imports and economic development, and welfare in Iran are studied by gravity model. Data is taken directly from the Chamber of Commerce of the Islamic Republic of Iran. GDP data, population (POP) and other gravity model's variables are taken from international financial statistics, UN, WTO, World Bank, IMF. In the first, we present generalities, definitions, and measurements' criterion of business with the theoretical fundaments and economic literature. In the second part, we select appropriate model to estimate trade flow according to empirical studies in countries with the region approach. If we look at Iran's geographical location, we will find that It is connecter of two full-energy regions, the Persian Gulf and Caspian Sea. Access to international waterways makes it as one of the poles of potential export. Iran must shift its way regarding foreign trade so that exports of manufactured goods, especially industrial products; electronic equipment, light industry and textile products and technology improve. At the end of the study, we discuss the results, strategies and economic policies of foreign trade, especially toward increasing export development and economic evolution.

Subject: Analysis of the Relationship between Knowledge Management and Innovation in order to Offering the Knowledge-based Innovation Model

Abstract: In the topics of behavioral sciences, educational sciences, psychology and management, always the concepts of knowledge-based innovation and innovation have been of particular importance. Nowadays, it has been proven that the success of an organization in the social, economic, cultural, and political fields depends on the acquisition of new knowledge, combined with organization internal and external innovation, and only by having such system, an organization along with other successful organizations of deserves worthiness. One can never claim that innovation by itself takes shape, unless the organization seeks to it. The data gathering tool a researcher-made questionnaire which is ordered based on the five-point Likert scale including 5 spectrum very high, high, medium, low and very low. The statistical population of research includes all professors and students of Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran province. Sample in this study of subgroups includes faculty members, university lecturers and students estimated a total of 768. The findings briefly show that all dimensions, components and variables of the conceptual model of research in innovation development are explained based on the variables of knowledge management. The beneficiaries of this research are all educational centers, higher education, organizations, institutions, research centers and individuals who want to enhance the effectiveness their organization based on knowledge-based innovation structures according to Intellectual, ethical, behavioral, psychological and educational patterns of their beneficiaries.

Abstract: The philosophy, vision, approaches and goals of the researchers' innovative models always been discussed. The statistical population of the present study was considered to be unlimited. The statistical sample consisted of 768 participants. The data collection tool was an anonymous questionnaire to assess and evaluate the research questions. All stages and processes of the original; in advancing developmental and strategic planning, the structuring of knowledge, and quantitative and qualitative innovation for the achievement and realization of each of the Responsibilities, needs improvement of transformational performance. Since universities, with their scientific and coherent planning, should promote the dimensions and components of knowledge-based innovation in order to improve the transformational performance of the university, the look to philosophy, goals, and perspective of the dimensions of transformation is important. Given the path analysis, philosophy, vision and goals find capability the answer. But in advancing the process model base on advancement of knowledge-based innovation in the discussion and study of educational studies in the higher education system and its generalization to all the structures of the education, providing appropriate structure in order to achieve to standard patterns.

Subject: The Effect of Creativity Components on Organizational Performance Development (Case Study: Islamic Azad Universities of Mazandaran Branch)

Abstract: In the ecosystem of innovation, attention to the components of temperament and other explanatory variables of this research, based on the structural values of biological ethics, is of great importance. This applied research is analytical and employs a descriptive survey method. In the qualitative section, according to the saturation law and through targeted sampling, 9 university professors were selected and their opinions were used. In the quantitative section, the statistical population of the present study was considered to be unlimited under the research conditions. The statistical sample consisted of 117 participants selected randomly. The researcher-made questionnaire was ordered based on the five-point Likert scale, including very high, high, moderate, low, and very low response options where 33 questions were considered. The face and content validity was confirmed by prominent specialists, and the construct validity was calculated to be more than 0.5. The reliability of the questionnaire was calculated using Cronbach’s alpha (71.8%), which was statistically validated. To analyze the data of the questionnaire from the descriptive statistics and then in the inferential statistics of the fitted model of structural equations using LISREL software shows that when considering the components of culture, mood, and project, we must take caution and consider further research to explain dimensions.

Subject: Prioritizing the Components of National Innovation Management Models in the Process Cycle of Sustainable Development Standards by Structuring Sustainable Ecosystems

Abstract: By considering the fact that the innovative performance of each country is determined by its national innovation system, balancing due to a larger scale, retrieved from complex structures. The data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire which was ordered based on the 5-point Likert scale, including 5 responses of very high, high, average, low, and very low. The statistical population of the study included all individuals in sustainable ecosystems in the Islamic Republic of Iran. In this research, the target sample encompassing all individuals in sustainable ecosystems in Mazandaran province was estimated to be 384 individuals. The data of the research were analyzed and compared using statistical techniques of structural equation and artificial neural network modeling. The findings indicated that all dimensions, components, and variables of the conceptual model of the present research are explained in the prioritization of national innovation management models based on variables of sustainable ecosystems. Future researchers are recommended to use more sophisticated algorithms for the application of structural models to fit systematic models. Since national innovation management models have many complex variables, more advanced methods such as artificial neural networks should be employed to estimate these variables.

In these experiments, the subject is not summarized in two-mode because we are faced with 2k factors. And for more than 2 observations, we encounter with similar structures in three-mode. Also, the subject is different for testing more than three and several levels. When faced with an experiment 33, it means that each factor is in three levels and 27 combinations with 26 degrees of freedom, each of the main effects have two degrees of freedom, and any two- factor interaction, 4 degrees of freedom, and any three-factor interaction, 8 degrees of freedom. The geometric shape of such a test is shown in Fig. (2-2). And again, the observed response from each of a and b and c is the level of a random variable.

2-1-1. One-factor Test 1k

Suppose, we intend design a single-factor experiment in a branch of experimental sciences in medicine or chemistry to justify the experiments of factors derived from a useful experiment. We want to see if different percentages of alcohol are different based on the following data. For this reason, we design an experiment with three percent alcohol in four samples, the observation is as follows.

2-1-2. Two-factor Test 2k

Now assume in the branch of mathematics and physics, technical and engineering designed experiment two factors with two repetitions. A mechanical engineer is trying to use nickel-titanium alloy in the manufacture of turbine jet aircraft parts. cracking these parts, ultimately, is a potentially serious issue, which can lead to irreparable damage. In the manufacturing sectors, do testing for effect four factors have been investigated in cracking the parts. The four factors are the casting temperature (A), the amount of titanium (B), the heat treatment method (C), and the fineness of the used beads (D). This two-factor analysis design is implemented with two repetitions and the length of the gap is in the sample parts in millimeters, which it was the subject of standard test.

Suppose that we design three-factors experiment in art field. An experiment was conducted to study the effect of three different types of brushes (A1), (A2), (A3) and three different types of canvas painting (B1), (B2), (B3) on painting time with different color combinations in painting canvas Is. In this experiment three painters (C1), (C2), (C3) were used, and two repetitions of design 33 were implemented. The data are shown in Table 2-6.
