There are few researches which are directly devoted to the problem of implementing reforms during the economic crisis. The given term paper contains the research about the reasons of success and failure of implementing economic reforms by some states of the Euro zone, especially in the times of crises. The appropriate theoretical approaches are introduces as well as empirical examples of Italy in 1990s and Ireland in 2008 – 2010 are analyzed. This all serve the base for the revealing of the reasons for success and failure of economic reforms by some states of the Euro zone.
