Abstract

The social capital gives the faith and trust to the society to cultivate the economic wealth for any country. The people need to work on the professional and technical skills for creating the business and economic systems to generate wealth. The technical skills are the basis for creating the assets and wealth of the country. The highereducation is needed to build the ability of the people to harness the resources and convert them into the valuable products and servicesfor the society. The education can grow the business and the production system of the country to manufacture the advanced products based on the technical knowledge. The aim of the paper is to build the strategic framework for studying the impacts of educational institutes in providing the technical education to develop the skills for the growth and development of the students.

Introduction

The human society is governed by the ethics of development which make it advanced and matured to respondto the changes of the environment in a positive way to build the wealth for the creating the better standards of living. The educational development by the institutes develops the skills and the abilities to build the economic system to generate the wealth for the country. Education generates the entrepreneurship to design the business systems which give the economic prosperity to the country. The economic impact of education createdby the institutes is to build the human resource for the country. The education also relatesto:

-Increased gross domestic production
-Increased value of services
-Increased emplacement
-Learning maturity
-Responding ability

The modern system is impacted by the technological and the communication revolution where the total ethics of building people has changed and the computer and internet have become pivotal in connecting people to share knowledge and grow in an empowered way. The human resourceshave to build the technical skills to connect with the global forums of connectivity and sharing. The educational institutesneed to develop the human resourcesby:

-Leveragingthe advancementsinthefieldofICT.
-Building Connectivity &accessdevices,contentgeneration,personalization
-Mentoring, testing & certification and encouragement of talent.
-Providinge-books&e-journals
-SpreadingDigitalLiteracyforteacherempowerment
-Multi-lingualcontentdevelopmentforthelearnersmorecomfortableinthose languages.
-Voicesupportforeducationalmaterialdeliveryandinteractivityforthecontent on the portal.

The impact of information technology on educational institutes

The information technology is important for growing the impact of education on research, networking and growing in a sustainable way. The basic impacts of ICT’s are:

-Connecting to the global forums of knowledge
-Enables an unprecedented exchange of information
-Leads to a new era of communication
-Open new communication channels
-Alter the way education is gained
-Emergence of virtual university
-Quality & Quantity of Information increases through the www. Phenomenon
-Enables the students participate in global classes through the international joint development programs which could be online

Objective of the study

The basic objective of the study

-The development of human resource by the impact of education imparted by institutes of Rajasthan
-To determine the impact of education on the student development for the economic skills
-To frame the suggested strategy for providing the better education to the students to build the economic capital for the state of Rajasthan

Null Hypothesis -H01:There is no significant difference about student satisfaction and social skills development amongst students classified by gender

Alternative Hypothesis -H01: There is a significant difference about student satisfaction and social skills development amongst students classified by gender

Null Hypothesis- H02: There is no significant difference about student satisfaction and social skills development amongst students classified by age

Alternative Hypothesis -H02: There is a significant difference about student satisfaction and social skills development amongst students classified by age

Null Hypothesis - H103: There is no significant difference about student satisfaction and social skills development amongst students classified by education

Alternative Hypothesis- H03: There is a significant difference about student satisfaction and social skills development amongst students classified by education

Research Methodology - The researcher contacted the respondents personally with well-prepared sequentially arranged questionnaire. The questionnaire prepared, was divided into two parts, of which part one was used to gather demographic details of the respondents studying in the various institutes of Rajasthan.
