Abstract

Entrepreneurship is the art of doing business in a creative way. The small business ideas are generated to design the business empires where there is dream and vision to grow big. Entrepreneurships help the economies to grow by generating the employment and the facilities so as to develop the system of growth and progress. The aim of the paper is to build the strategic framework for building educational and entrepreneur’s development programs to upgrade the skills and the talents of the people. The devolvement programs reorient the people to understand the changing technologies and the recent trends impacting the market.

Introduction

Entrepreneurship is the quality to generate employee and skills to people to develop the business systems and generate the wealth from the society. The people who are involved in designing the business empires need to understand the changing technology and the regulations and the ethics of the market in order to develop and grow in a sustainable way. The basic aim of entrepreneurships is to grenade

- Employment and growth to the society
- development of facilities and infrastructure
- Give the desired productivity
- Generate the products and services
- Give the ideas and values of faith
- Give the innovation and creativity to services and products

The prospects of people at the very bottom being able to lift them off the lowest income levels through grass roots empowerment and the modern linking modern companies need to build the systems so as to adapt to the changing practices of the markets. This requires new forms of innovation in product design, packaging, distribution and pricing. The strategy enables the growth of new forms of enterprise in the supply chain.

The product design and marketing are essential to connect to the society and consumer but still the social ethics are important to get the involvement with the society. The new forms of engagement, which goes beyond corporate social responsibility and builds the businesses in a sustainable way to create the interactions and the scope for opportunities.

The success roadmap for entrepreneurship

The entrepreneur’s skills can be built by emphasing the development and the growth of the educational and training system to build the awareness and the empowerment to give a better future to the students. The success factor relate to the creation of

Literature review

The core of EE among the educational institutions is entrepreneur training. The following words are usually ascribed to an entrepreneur: innovation (Kirzner,1973; Schumpeter,1934; Bolton,W.K.,1986;Timmons,1978); moderated risk-taking (Timmons, 1978; Lynskey, 2002); alertness (Kirzner, 1973); decision-making and responsibilities- seeking (Brockhaus and Horwitz, 1986; Sutton, 1954; Welsh and White, 1981); ambition, desire for independence, responsibility and self-confidence (Gorman, Hanlon, and King, 1997; Timmons,1978; Sexton,1980; Dunkelberg and Cooper,1982); need for power (Dunkelberg and Cooper, 1982); and personal value orientation (Gasse, 1977; Timmons, 1978).

Entrepreneurship is a multi-faceted phenomenon. Definitions of entrepreneurship focus on different aspects of the phenomenon (Davidson, 2003) and originate from different disciplines. Shane and Venkataraman (2000) used the word “hodge-podge” to describe the situation of current studies on entrepreneurship.

Entrepreneurship can develop only in a society in which cultural norms permit variability in the choice of paths of life. Unfortunately, the Indian culture consists of a network of benefits that in many ways run counter to entrepreneurship (Leo Paul Dana, 2000).

The reason for such delay is bureaucratic--too many rules and regulations, and too much paperwork (Ashish Gupta, 2004).

Doing business in India is an extremely difficult proposition (Ashish Gupta, 2004).

A survey done by the Entrepreneurship Development Institute, India (EDII) in 2003 shows that young people are afraid to start their own business because they are not confident, not capable, and lack knowledge in starting a business.

But general business management education has no significant influence on entrepreneurial propensity (Hostager and Decker 1999). The findings of a survey on business owners in India suggest that management education is not an important driver of entrepreneurial attitudes (Gupta 1992).

Although the EDP is mainly designed for self-employed people, some lessons may also be learned from Indian and Chinese universities. Since not everyone has the potential to become an entrepreneur, the proper identification and selection of potential entrepreneurs is the first step in the EDP. Those with high entrepreneurial potentials are selected through particularly designed procedures, Tests, group discussions, and interviews maybe used in the selection of entrepreneurs. Empirical findings indicate that the conviction to startup a new venture is to some extent a question of personality structure and attitude towards entrepreneurship (Brock hausand Horwitz1986; Shaverand Scott1991; Lüthje and Franke 2001).

The focus and the design of the development programs

The entrepreneur design programs must have the syllabus and the teaching aids to cater to needs of the society .the practical and networking and social connections hold also be built to get the work done. The aim of the programs should be to build the

- Very basic business knowledge, such as accounting, book keeping and other such drab subjects.
- The curriculum should focus on the establishment of business
- Networking – getting to know people who can help
- Resource investigation
- Finding new ideas
- Being competitive with ideas, markets and products
- Selling skills
- Avoiding imitation
- Wider social skills
- Managing cash and money

The entrepreneur development programs should focus on raising awareness and change the mindsets for developing the hard and soft skills. This involves connecting business, technology and other disciplines by enabling the systems and infrastructure to work in an efficient way. The building cross-border linkages are essential to understand the culture and the social life of the people. There should be a partnership build with stakeholders to foster devotement. The stakeholders could be

- Local, regional and national governments
- Other companies
- NGOs
- Schools, universities, training centers
- Student and entrepreneur organizations

There are two great equalizers in life – education and the Internet. We cannot underestimate the impact that a level playing field has on education, the local economy, job creation, and a country’s competitiveness. Education combined with technology creates that level playing field.”

According to Rector of the Academy of Economic Studies, Commenting on the Romanian -“The true role of education is to form students – motivated people, people dedicated to achieving success. The entrepreneurship concept is based on the opportunity to offer our students the right tools to explore their creativity.”

According to Sanjay Parthasarthy Microsoft Vice President -As knowledge and innovation become the primary catalysts for Economic growth, the Microsoft Innovation Centers can play a vital role in generating powerful new ideas through training, education and knowledge transfer.”

Recommendations to build the strategic inputs for the quality development educational programs:

- Create the culture of innovation and growth
- Foster creativity of ideas
- Ability to use the local resources
- Creative talented work groups
- Enhancing the reheard and development
- Developing the leadership
- Create appropriate rewards and recognition
- Build Employment contracts
- Study the Intellectual property and transfer
- Build the Risk taking ability
- Support the local physical infrastructure for education.
- Ensure adequate level of funding for programs
- Provide resources
- Encourage the development of local sources of supply
- Support training programmers of educators
- Use interactive pedagogies
- Develop new and relevant course materials
- Building career development and accreditation
- Create opportunities for professors and researchers to work together
- Provide support for international mobility and exchanges
- goals, local market needs and context into account

Leverage Technology as an Enabler

- Support the ICT infrastructure necessary for entrepreneurship education through the IT-broadband, Telecommunications

- Support the development of technology as both a tool and delivery method for entrepreneurship education

- Computers in schools and community centers

- Development of online training materials

Conclusion

The entrepreneur development programs are essential to develop the skills and competencies of the people to foster the growth and development of the society. The economic growth of nay society depends on the values and ethics of the society. The social fabric of the society can be created by the skills of education and empowerment which have to be created the training and development programs. The educated minds generate the innovative ideas and creations to the society.
