Introduction

Management in all business and human organization activity is simply the act of getting people together to accomplish desired goals and objectives. In order to become effective it has to recognize the social conditions of Work (human relation theory) to improve the quality of work life. Management comprises planning, organizing, staffing, leading or directing, facilitating and controlling or manipulating an organization (a group of one or more people or entities) or effort for the purpose of accomplishing a goal. Resourcing encompasses the deployment and manipulation of human resources, financial resources, technological resources, and natural resources. Management can also refer to the person who perform the act(s) of management. In any kind of action a main purpose is to motivate others (staff, clients, the public, share- and stakeholders, owners etc.).

Management operates through the following functions; Managers have to decide what needs to happen in the future and generating plans for action. (marketing of resources, performance and communication).; they have to organize structures and competences) by making optimum use of the resources required to enable the successful carrying out of plans; they have to manage their staff by job analyzing, recruitment, and hiring individuals for appropriate jobs.(democratic communication, decision-making, acceptance); they have to lead the system, goals, potentials by determining what needs to be done in a situation and getting people to do it by coordinating and coping with conflicts); they have to control by monitoring, checking progress against plans, which may need modification based on feedback. (awareness of problems and solutions and their realisation); they have to motivate by suggestions, goals, feedback, innovation-development): the process of stimulating an individual to take action that will accomplish a desired goal.

By these actions they have to find out,

- how to reach goals effectively and successfully
- how to become productive
- how to become content with one's tasks
- how to keep what they have got and develop their social system
- how to build up a learning organisation
- how to build up and develop a social system for a long term running

and in any action (recruiting, evaluating, payment and coaching/development) be aware of the needs of the market, of the shareholders and stakeholders, of the staff and of the environment (Hilb and others).

For these purposes the analysis of
